Tell us what happened and what you'd like us to do. We'll acknowledge your complaint within one business day and give you a written response within 30 calendar days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why.

2. If you're not satisfied: AFCA

If we don't resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, or within 30 days, you can contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). AFCA provides fair and independent financial services complaint resolution that is free to consumers.
